Autologous AMSC Cell Therapy
Advantages of Autologous AMSC Cell Therapy
Lower risk of immune rejection
Because the patient's own cells are used, the chance of an immune reaction is very low — and there is no risk of infection from a donor.
Easy to collect, in large numbers
Adipose (fat) tissue holds abundant MSCs compared with bone marrow, and collection is usually simpler, under local anesthesia. Cells can also be collected from blood.
Helps reduce inflammation
AMSCs secrete several biological substances — such as cytokines and growth factors — that help reduce inflammation and modulate the immune system.
Promotes tissue repair
They stimulate new blood vessel formation (angiogenesis), support wound healing, and help tissue recover — with most of the effect coming from the substances the cells secrete rather than the cells becoming new organ tissue themselves.
Well suited to regenerative medicine
Research spans knee osteoarthritis, tendon injuries, chronic wounds and certain metabolic conditions, with satisfying results in many studies — though larger trials are still needed to confirm effectiveness.
